* Delivery is free for Singapore addressee with purchase of nett S$60 and above upon checkout. For purchase below nett S$60, the delivery charge applies.

Delivery Charge quoted is for one delivery trip made only. Delivery will be arranged on Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays). We will assist in informing courier company should you have any preferred delivery time. However, we will not be able to commit to the availability of delivery personnel on the specific time requested.

For delivery to outlying regions in Singapore (Jurong Island / Jourong Port / ALPS (Airport Logistic Park of Singapore) / Airport Cargo), additional delivery charge loading must be paid by customer even if minimum purchase value of $60/- is reached.

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer absence or whatsoever reason not able to receive the goods ordered, no repeated delivery will be made.

IF customer prefers a second delivery to be arranged, then the normal delivery charge or additional charge loading depending on location shall apply irrespective of minimum purchase amount.

Important note: 
If you are residing in any country other than Singapore, please check with your local customs for your country’s import regulations before making the purchase. Our responsibility ends when we ship your order out of Singapore. 
We will not be responsible for (i) the confiscation of the product/s and/or (ii) any fines or penalties which may be imposed upon you by your local customs for violating import regulation (iii) correction of shipping address due to user error. You agree to indemnify us for any fine/s and/or penalties which may be imposed upon us for the infringement of any such laws as a result of your purchase. 


Self-Collection Policy

You will receive an email once your order is ready for self-collection.

Please collect from Ocean Health’s office at 16 Tai Seng Street, Level 4, Singapore 534138, from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding PH). The order must be collected within 5 working days from the collection date stated on the email.

In the event that the order remains uncollected 10 working days after the stated date, the order may be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

Confirmation of Orders

You Order is acknowledged at the end of your online order process, with an Order Number assigned to you. You can view your orders through the “My Account” Tab on our Site.


Stock Availability

Although your order may be confirmed, there may be instances where due to overwhelming demand, the items you have ordered are temporarily out of stock. Should that occur, we will contact and inform you of your options.


Return & Exchange Policy 

Ocean Health prides itself on the quality of its products. Any product quality concern regarding our products will be seriously looked into. We welcome your feedback and would not hesitate to review any requests for a product exchange. Goods once sold and/or delivered are strictly not returnable nor refundable.
